International Customs Charges

International orders are shipped using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Jaiho Accessories is not responsible for any additional charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  Jaiho Accessories cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes (including VAT) that may be imposed by the customs of your country.  Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds or store credit for these costs.

We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.  Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.  If the package is returned to Jaiho Accessories, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.  

 Incorrect address

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is correct. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Jaiho Accessories will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

Shipping times and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if you’ve provided your email at checkout). All shipping estimates are from the time of dispatch. Please note that dispatch times can vary during busy sale periods. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Jaiho Accessories is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel.
